Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of solution engineers, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and development opportunities.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver customized transportation solutions using Bentley Systems’ portfolio of products.

Drive technical pre-sales efforts, showcasing the value and benefits of Bentley’s solutions for transportation infrastructure projects.

Maintain a deep understanding of transportation industry trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements, ensuring Bentley’s offerings remain relevant and competitive.

Engage with key industry forums and represent Bentley Systems at conferences, client meetings, and public events.

Partner with product management and R&D teams to provide customer feedback and influence future product development, ensuring alignment with industry needs.

Lead complex solution proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations in collaboration with the sales team.
