What to expect during the event
We will explore how the two technologies - CDE & Digital Twins can be used together to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the AEC industry.
CDE, or Common Data Environment, is a shared platform that allows project stakeholders to access and collaborate on data. Digital Twins are virtual representations of physical infrastructure that can be used to monitor and optimize their performance.
We will look at how CDE and Digital Twins can be used together to improve the following:
CDE and digital twins can help to improve collaboration, communication, decision-making, and sustainability in construction projects.
A CDE can provide a single source of truth for project information, making it easier for stakeholders to share information and work together. Digital twins can provide a virtual representation of a project, which can be used to simulate different scenarios and optimize the performance of assets.
CDE and digital twins can help to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and increase the quality of construction projects.
We will also talk about the challenges and opportunities of using CDE and Digital Twins in the construction industry and conclude by providing what the vision for the future of these technologies could be.
- Learn about what are CDEs and Digital Twins
- Discover the importance of delivering Projects using a CDE and how the same data can be leveraged to build a Digital Twin
- Understand the role of BIM in context of CDEs and Digital Twins
