What to expect during the event
Dropbox now has an incredible tool built in and readily available; Dropbox Replay. This tool allows for video to be uploaded and replayed by all project stakeholders, who can then pause the video content and comment and markup where required. This saves time on emails and Zoom calls. Imagine the scenario. Drone survey footage has been uploaded to Dropbox in preparation for repair and refurb. The footage is watched back by the BIM/CAD team, who already have the 3D model of the building from a point cloud generated by Autodesk ReCap. The time savings are exceptional, and the new cloud-based workflows save time and link ALL project stakeholders. Outcomes: 1. Upload and share video content via Dropbox Replay 2. Pause, comment and markup in Dropbox Replay 3. Relay the markups back to the BIM/CAD environment. 4. Edit the model with the up-to-date Dropbox information.
