Habib is a 4D Planner and Project Controls expert with deep expertise in reports and dashboard development, creating reports and visual, interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI. Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and provide insightful reporting solutions. Worked with large multinational construction and development companies to deliver a range of building and infrastructure projects across the Middle East UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Egypt working on +25 BIM projects in the infrastructure, commercial building, residential, oil, and gas sectors.

 What to expect during the event

Construction projects are acts of creation buildings, constructing roads, Malls, and other types of project but they also create a mountain of information. The good news? This deluge of data from before, during, and after a project can be used as business intelligence (BI) to inform future projects, spotlight efficiencies, help control costs, and more. All construction technology is designed to improve efficiency and allow teams to work better together, and 4D planning solutions are no different. 4D BIM with real-time AI allows all construction site activities to be recorded digitally, establishing a system of record and removing the risk of a data breach or misplaced paperwork. As the technology progresses, big data and artificial intelligence will allow teams to progress modeling and scheduling simulation to levels previously unfathomable. Leveraging wider data sets and machine learning capabilities will allow teams to quickly and easily identify clashes, and risks and benchmark against other projects.
