In the past, I began my journey as a passionate architecture student at the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology (LUCT) in Malaysia. Following my graduation, I gained hands-on experience as an intern at Idea Workshop, where I honed my craft creating models and assisting in the preparation of architectural designs. My career path took a significant leap when I started a YouTube channel to share my architecture-related insights and tutorials. Simultaneously, I was making significant strides in my professional life as well, working as an architect at Technic R&D and later at LINE Architects, where I specialized in interior architecture. In the quest to expand my skills and portfolio, I took up a role at ABD Architects, working on an intriguing project with Huawei in Russia. Driven by my desire to work with Revit, I then moved to Chapman Taylor, where I had the opportunity to be involved in the conceptual stages of major projects. Gradually, my focus shifted towards Building Information Modeling (BIM), leading me to become a BIM Manager at SPEECH Architects and later at CPU PRIDE. At SPEECH, my primary responsibilities involved training and standardizing, while at CPU PRIDE, I was offered the chance to manage the BIM department, overseeing various bureaus and general design contractors. Currently, I serve as the BIM Department Head at Speech Architects, where I continue to embrace and spearhead cutting-edge architectural solutions. Outside my professional life, my affinity for Python programming helps me understand computer science principles, aiding my role as a BIM manager. With this symbiotic relationship between my work and hobby, I continue to contribute to the Revit and BIM community online, sharing my experiences and learning from others.
