I am interested in developing small and medium-sized companies through the launch of start-up/R&D areas in the field of information technology, smart building management, healthy building in the construction industry, the development of new IT products. My areas of interest in working with businesses include business development and leadership of new business lines and products. Experienced in building interdisciplinary technical and management teams to create value for clients and company shareholders. Based on my experience (more than 11 years) of management in the oil and gas industry, construction and design of concrete products, I create a team of professionals around me to fulfill the Client's tasks. I also continue to develop my professional skills through an MBA course, a Google project management certification, Agile and sales training.
