With Mr. Suresh we introduce you to a motivated and committed TÜV-certified BIM manager, BIM specialist and project manager. He is currently working for Tecklenburg GmbH as head of the BIM department. As part of this activity, he is responsible as a planning specialist in the area of BIM overall coordination and as the responsible BIM manager for the district police authority in Bergheim. He first studied architecture (Dipl.-Ing.) for five years in his hometown of Bengaluru and then worked there for two years as an architect. At that time, for example, he was responsible for approval, design and implementation planning for large international companies. Some references are Bosch and Vermeiren Deutschland GmbH. His father is a structural engineer and has his own structural engineering office in India. He has many international customers and works with many German business partners. He has only had good experiences with German partners. He says you can always count on them, especially when it comes to things like punctuality or accuracy. So it was clear to Mr. Suresh that if he did his master's degree abroad, it would definitely be in Germany. He did his master's degree at the Technical University in Stuttgart. There he decided to do the international master’s degree in infrastructure planning with a focus on digitization in the planning process. After completing his Masters, he had worked for three companies. First he was employed by Bremer AG, then by PUR Bau GmbH and finally by Fichtner Bau Consulting. There he was involved in a large order from Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG. A new office campus was planned here as the first major building construction BIM project in Stuttgart. The total project volume was around 300 million euros. As team leader, he was responsible for the second construction phase, which includes ten buildings with 4,000 high-quality offices and social rooms. The project was carried out with LOD 400 BIM working method.
