Her current research aims to focus on the management of the construction phase of green buildings and BIM in the UK and China, with a focus on providing practical suggestions.

What to expect during the event

This research focuses on Project Management for green buildings comparing projects in to the UK and China. More specifically, how to apply advanced Construction Management approaches, such as BIM (Building Information Modelling), to green building projects, especially in the construction phase. This is necessary to achieve the expected building performance of green buildings, rather than just complete the delivery.
