What to expect during the event
During Construction Administration, Stateside, the A/E Design Team will be charged with maintaining and updating the IFC design models. Asbuilts from the GC and design revisions are part of closeout develop final record models. In EMEA the GC Team will be charged with maintaining and updating the final models. Asbuilts developed by the GC and design revisions are part of closeout develop final record models. From an owners perspective this is still missing critical data. Our discussion address this by advocating the use of reality capture to fill in the missing pieces.
