Houssem Jerbi
Dr. Houssem is Founder of Smart PMO, a data science company with a first-world AI platform that learns from project data, understands uncertainty and risks and provides project predictability and unbiased insights to drive better project outcome. He is also the chair of the steering committee of Construction Cluster Ireland and a member of the panel of experts of the government Build Digital project. Houssem has over 17 years of international experience in AI, leading large transformation projects in government and private sectors. He built his expertise at Facebook and multiple consultancies. Houssem holds a PhD and MSc degrees in Artificial Intelligence from University of Toulouse, France.
What to expect during the event
This presentation will discuss how AI could provide a step-change in the ability to plan and control complex capital projects. It will first showcase the ability of AI-enabled processes to automate the collection, integration, and processing of project data from multiple systems and provide a single, reliable integrated reporting. Then, it will present how AI algorithms could learn from data of historical projects with different structures and provide unbiased risk and outcome predictions and data-driven decision-support from project planning to execution and post-construction.
