Helen Pickard

I draw motivation from my life experience as a user of infrastructure to influence improvements in the development and delivery of major projects. I want to experience efficiently run, environmentally and socially responsible services. The appropriate application of technology with Better Information Management protocols can help achieve this.

In my role at Mott MacDonald I work with like-minded people providing services in geospatial data management, BIM coordination, GIS analysis, remote sensing, GPS survey, and web application development across sectors including: water utilities, natural resources, railways, power, buildings and infrastructure. I also lead the Global GIS community to share experiences, drive standards and promote innovation.

I have worked on Projects in the UK and overseas including Australia; Kosovo; Oman; Pakistan; Saudi Arabia; South Africa; Sudan; Zambia.
