Dr Amarnath CB is the Founding President of the National BIM Society - India Building Information Modelling Association � that focus on Digital Transformation of Indian AECO Sector. At Bureau of Indian Standards, he is serves as Co-Chair for CED29/P3 Digitalization of Construction Project Management. He is the Chairman-BIM at Governing Council of Forum of Critical Utility Services. NOS Committee Member at Construction Skill Development Council of India. He is serving at Reliance Industries Ltd as AVP - BIM & Digital Adoption. Previously, he served as Head � BIM Strategy at Larsen & Toubro Ltd. Over the course of his career, he held positions in India, Taiwan, Spain, Italy and UK. Active role at several Digital Built India initiatives to drive the digital transformation within Indian AECO Space.

Ph.D. in Establishing Organization BIM & Digital Strategies from National Taiwan University and Imperial College London (Exchange Programme). One Master�s in Global BIM Management from Univ. of Barcelona - Zigurat GIT and another in Construction Management from Bangalore University. He has participated in international conferences, published journal papers and book chapters.

The ambitious �1.4 Trillion National Infrastructure Pipeline, set to be completed by 2025. Embracing India's Infrastructure Vision 2025, the nation seeks to harness the potential of GIS, BIM, and Digital Twin to drive economic growth towards a five trillion-dollar economy. India BIM Association (R) is a leading National Society to drive digital transformation. National Skill Development Council (with CSDCI) has rolled out BIM Job roles and certifications. A initiative at Bureau of Indian Standards in progressing to develop National BIM & Digital Adoption guideline. Public clients such as MES, MoHUA, MoRTH, NHRCL, NPCIL, MoH&FW, Central and State PWDs, Metro Rail Corporation and AAI has enabled BIM & Digital requirements in there contracts. General Contractors and their partners has activated BIM & Digital strategies at their respective organizations. BIM Solution and service providers started enabling CAPEX and OPEX areas on BIM & Digital activation. Tertiary education System started including BIM & Digital in to the syllabus and trainings. Graduates started gaining BIM Skills and competencies to meet the market demands. Overall Digital transformation is in progress macro, meso and micro levels of Indian AECO Sector.
