What to expect during the event

Explore the innovative application of a Digital Twin at Turner Fleischer, a leading Toronto-based design studio. This session delves into how the studio leverages a highly detailed BIM to create a digital twin that simulates real-world conditions and enhances decision-making. Starting from how the BIM (Revit) is continually updated by the Facility Management team, the session covers the models hosting on ACC/BIM360 and integration of crucial data captured in SQL databases. Autodesk Tandem plays a crucial role by synchronizing all data, which is strategically used to connect modeled assets with IoT sensor outputs. This integration provides a comprehensive view from a central access point, encompassing operational manuals, inventory tracking, and systems monitoring for HVAC, lighting, and security. Discover how leveraging digital twins can revolutionize facility management, optimize lifecycle performance, and enable predictive maintenance to ensure unprecedented operational efficiency.

1. Discover how digital twins enhance decision-making in facility management.
2. Learn to integrate BIM, IoT, and Autodesk Tandem for operational insights.
3. Assess the impact of digital twins on predictive maintenance and lifecycle optimization.
