I undertake materiality assessments to determine an asset's Risk of stranding and obsolescence, through CRREM sectoral ceilings to 2050 and Science-based targets for 2030 goal-setting.

I work with cost consultants and MEP Quantity surveyors to identify practical solutions for achieving Carbon neutrality and climate resilience. Developing practical solutions to translate an organisations climate ambitions into clear measurable targets and technical approaches.
