Understanding of core technology and digital platforms widely used in fixation of BIM Strategy and Implementation. Enabling schedule adherence leveraging BIM by identification of sources of delay and determination of additional resource requirement. Experience of building 100+ member BIM team providing appropriate training and leading the team for BIM implementation across projects.
