Andrijana Nasteska
My name is Andrijana Nasteska and I work as an Architectural technologist within BIM and Information management. After earning my bachelor degree in Architectural technology and construction management in Denmark, I entered the AEC world to explore my passion for BIM. At the time BIM was just entering the borders of Denmark, and I felt like I was starting from scratch. I’ve spent the last 15 years learning about the BIM collaborative approach, teamwork, and its endless effort to transform the world and the way we think. I’m currently applying this knowledge in my role as BIM manager for Afry, where I'm focused on implementing BIM tools and standards that directly apply in the project design phases.

Motivational implementation of company standards and new technology The technology advancement has created a great opportunity for many individuals and companies in the AEC sectors. However, it has also created a great deal of challenges in terms of implementing BIM and adopting new processes and technologies. The main focus of my speech Is the importance of soft skills when implementing change.
