Ali Bidhendi is a project management professional with a diverse background in the construction and technology sectors. Currently pursuing a PhD in Construction Management at Auckland University of Technology (AUT), Ali's research focuses on the human-centric aspects of digital transformation within the construction industry. His work aims to develop comprehensive guidelines for construction organisation leaders to navigate and implement human-centred organisations in the digital era, leveraging change management theory for sustainable innovation and development.
Ali's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. He holds certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP)� and Professional Scrum Master� (PSM I). His research has been published in reputable journals, covering different topics in Project Management and Construction Management.
In addition to his academic and professional achievements, Ali has been recognised with several accolades, including the AUT Doctoral Scholarship and first place in Iran's Project Management Championship. He is actively involved in professional organisations such as the PMI New Zealand Chapter and the Construction Management Association of America.
