The Project Planning, Scheduling & Cost Control Expert & also Industrial Management Master Graduated at the University of Tehran with over 5 years experience in the Automotive Industry as a planning & Project Control manager of Iran Khodro Machine Tools Industry (IKMT) with over 10 Large Projects & over 30 small projects that cover all area of construction including Steel Structure, BIM Implementation, Building Projects, Automotive manufacturing line (all kind of Pneumatic & Manual Jig, Fixture, Non-destructive testing Jigs, etc.) & Specific machines and also project manager of Car Body parts assembly line(more than 30 body parts) at IKMT.

Also, Instructor of software like Autodesk Navisworks Manage, Synchro pro, MS Project & Primavera P6 for more than 7 years as a member of the main core committee of ACEMI institute.

I am PMP certified from PMI and a volunteer member of implementing lean construction methods like the last-planner system in the different construction companies.

 What to expect during the event

As technology has developed, construction managers can now have a better visualization of their projects during the pre-design & design phase of the construction project. However, they face many challenges during the procurement and construction (executing) phase of any project. One of the significant factors that leads projects into failure is human resource behavior and how they trust the whole company for implementing the projects exactly on schedule.

Managing project costs effectively, which comprises numerous aspects, is a highly complicated process for project managers that needs dependable execution knowledge in the entire life cycle of the project.

In the lecture, I will discuss how BIM technology during the Pre-design & design phase of the project effect a broken company to survive and how lean construction like The Last Planner System enables construction planning and related decisions to be mapped at the process level as an integrated framework.

The presentation will show you how a broken company with lots of debt makes profits in 3 years by implementing a Lean BIM mindset, uniting & involving all employees with the organization’s strategy, and appreciating them as the last planners’ decision-makers.

I will be a storyteller with some statistical facts during 7 years of a life of a company and describe how using tools like synchro pro & Autodesk Navisworks draw up a more predictable construction plan & improve the entire construction process in the design phase and how the last-planner system helps the company to deliver projects exactly on time and budget.
