Attila Vidra
Mr. Attila Vidra is a Senior BIM Specialist at NIRAS. Mr. Vidra has a proven ability to develop and implement BIM strategies for project management support all along the project lifecycle. He possesses more than 14 years of professional experience with extensive knowledge working with multi-billion dollar projects, since 2008. Mr. Vidra has spent the last ten years of his professional career working in the GCC region.
Mr. Vidra holds a (BSc) degree in architecture from the Technical University in Pecs, Hungary, and he has graduated as Master of Business Administration at Aston University in Birmingham, UK. He is a member of the Project Management Institute as Project Management Professional (PMP). He completed a course with Harvard Business School about Sustainable Business Strategy.
Mr. Vidra lives in Dubai, UAE and joined NIRAS in 2021. He aspires to help strengthen the company’s skillset, provide valuable expertise, and create and inspire enduring solutions around the world.
What to expect during the event
This presentation has been prepared to outline the possible use cases of blockchain within the digital engineering/BIM environment.
It starts with defining the baseline and definition of several important terms like blockchain, decentralization. Furthermore, it is reflecting the results of an extensive research in this topic by demonstrating the advantages and disadvantages of such application. Finally, it will conclude with recommendations in references to standards, knowledge and experience.
